Dr. Charles Golden, Principal
Charles Golden has served in a variety of roles across all five Blue Valley high schools, including Latin teacher, English teacher, department chair, assistant tennis coach, administrative intern, and assistant principal. He also spent one year in the Shawnee Mission School District as an associate principal.
Golden holds a bachelor's and master's degree in English from Baylor University, a secondary English certification from Avila University, a master's degree in educational leadership from Pittsburg State University, a doctorate in curriculum and teaching from the University of Kansas, and National Board Certification in adolescent and young adult English language arts.
Dr. Golden oversees daily operations and serves as the administrator for students whose last names fall between A - D.

Andrew Stueve is the administrative dean for Blue Valley High.

Mollie McNally is the Activities principal at Blue Valley High School and has been part of the BVH administration since 2011. Prior to that, she spent 10 years teaching theater at Shawnee Mission North and one year as assistant principal at Antioch Middle School. McNally earned a bachelor's degree in theater and secondary education from the University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth. She also holds a master's degree in school leadership from Baker University.

Jonathan Jost joined the Blue Valley High School administrative team in 2025. He has worked at Blue Valley High for the last thirteen years as a math teacher and coach.

Ashley Buxton serves as assistant principal for curriculum and instruction at Blue Valley High School. Before joining the school's administrative team, she served as a counselor at Blue Valley West High School. Prior to joining Blue Valley Schools, she was a high school counselor at Ottawa High School.
